| This series of machines adopt 5.7-inch single-color LCD. Soft colors can effectively reduce eye fatigue, controlled by “Panasonic?(or fujifilm) PLC with reliable performance and huge capacity and as many as 5,000 program units. The paper-feed component is driven by actuating motors produced by ?MITSUBISHI?(or fujifilm) of Japan ,with the paper-feeding position accuracy up to ?.002mm. The paper feed guide rails adopt high degree of hardness, bearing steel-made linear guide rails(Tai Wan ABBA), coupled with high-precision grinding T-shape lead screws (may be matched with ball lead screws) thereby substantially reducing the likelihood of inaccurate paper feed positioning and effectively guaranteeing the cutting precision. Low pressure components all adopt international brands such as such as “Omron? “siemens? and “Schneider?etc, there by delivering more stable, effective and safer control. The whole machine along with functions such as infrared protective devices, safe and swift blade replacement devices, blade protruding devices, cutting bed connecting bar safety bolts and safety electronic blade cutter head locks etc. Therefore this series of machines will replace digital display machines and suitable products for fledgling enterprises owing to lower prices while retaining the computer-controlled functionality. |
